Kinesiology Taping

Kinesiology taping is my magic tool. This tape will reduce inflammation, increase mobility, and enhance recovery. It works by lifting the skin every so slightly from the tissues below it. This in turn helps blood circulate which will reduce inflammation.

Riding Lessons
$40 per lesson
I offer riding lessons on my personal horses, or will travel to your barn to give lessons on your personal horse. I teach riding in western, hunt, and saddle seat disciplines.
